CBD stone Feb 10, 2009
Patient with a 9 mm stone without posterior acoustic shadow, located in the terminal (dilated) CBD in a patient that presented with obstructive jaundice.
 

Small CBD stone Feb 2, 2005
Small stone (6 mm) with posterior acoustic shadow, located in the terminal CBD. ERCP confirmed the presence of the stone, which was subsequently extracted after biliary sphincterotomy.

Large CBD stone Jan 27, 2005
Stone (12 mm) with posterior acoustic shadow, located in the terminal CBD, at the level of the pancreatic head. ERCP confirmed the presence of the stone, which was subsequently extracted after biliary sphincterotomy.
 

Multiple CBD stones Jan 27, 2005
Multiple small stones (< 4 mm) without posterior acoustic shadow, located in the terminal CBD. ERCP confirmed the presence of multiple stones in a dilated CBD, which were subsequently extracted with a ballon after biliary sphincterotomy.
